Is the product tested and certified?

Of course! Do-it-All is hypoallergenic, and it is formulated with botanical ingredients and safe for use on your face (and the rest of your body too if you’d like!)

Is your product compatible with my current skincare routine with products from other brands?

Do-it-All can be easily incorporated into any existing skincare routine. Let it be the holy grail of your skincare regime.

Is your product suitable for everyday use?

Yes, it can be used daily for deep hydration and rejuvenation. Our founder Lawrence Wong uses it daily too!

What should I do before and after applying the product?

Before applying the product, do cleanse your face thoroughly. After using it, you can top it off with moisturiser for double hydration.

Can the product be used on any skin type? 

Absolutely! Do-it-All is formulated with botanical ingredients to suit all skin types. But if you have sensitive skin or just want to be careful, we recommend checking the ingredient list first or confirming with your dermatologist.

Are the ingredients organic?

Most of the ingredients in Do-it-All are organic and eco-certified with botanical formulation.

Is the product eco-friendly?

Yes, we are earth conscious too! The mask is biodegradable with organic ingredients that are naturally and responsibly sourced. The product also comes in sustainable packaging.

Are the ingredients vegan and cruelty free?

Our products are not vegan but it is 100% cruelty-free which means absolutely no animal testing!

What is the shelf life of the product?

For best performance, it is recommended to use the product within 2 years of manufacturing date.

What is the mask made from?

Do-it-All is made of Bemliese™ 384, a patented premium cellulosic filament nonwoven sheet from Japan with moisture locking technology that holds liquid up to 13 times.

What does “patented” mean?

Patented means ingredients or materials developed by the manufacturer and have been granted exclusive usage of the patent by the manufacturer only. 

Can I use it during and after pregnancy?

Our mask is safe for pregnant women to use, but if you would like to be extra safe, do consult your doctor.

Our mask is safe for breastfeeding mums to use, but if you would like to be extra safe, do consult your doctor.

Can we get Grail Skin internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, worldwide! 

How much is international shipping?

International shipping is chargeable at SGD $35 regardless of the quantity purchased.

How much is local delivery?

SGD$5 for delivery in Singapore & Malaysia. Free delivery in Singapore & Malaysia for orders above SGD$200.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will be shipped within 3 days, then it takes about 5 – 7 working days for international shipping and 3 working days for local delivery.

What is the return policy?

All products purchased are final and non refundable.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of making your purchase, please drop us an email with your order number to hello@grailskin.com.

How can I redeem my points when I order?

Points can be offset from your order upon check out (Minimum of 50 points to redeem)

When does my points expire?

Your points will expire in 12 months after earning it

How much discounts can I get from earning points?

100 points = $10 off

How do I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of making your purchase, please drop us an email with your order number to hello@grailskin.com.

I need to change my shipping address. How do I do it?

Not to worry! You can make changes to your shipping address within an hour after purchasing. Just drop us an email to hello@grailskin.com with your order details and new shipping address.

I am placing an international order. Does the shipping cost include the customs, duties and/or taxes?

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid, which means any fees will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient (if any applicable). Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.

I want my order ASAP, do you have next day delivery?

At the moment, we do not yet offer next day delivery.

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

For now, all orders made are in SGD.

How do I cancel my order?

Be fast and drop us an email at hello@grailskin.com within 1 hour after making your purchase. You won’t be able to cancel after 1 hour of placing your order, unfortunately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments from Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards.
